  • Complete and sign the form below and click Submit.  We will receive this form and get the changes done immediately. 
  • Or you can print and mail  to Loudon Utilities Board, P.O. Box 69, Loudon, Tennessee 37774 or deliver to the LUB Main Office at 2360 Hwy 72 N. , Loudon, TN 37774
  • Continue paying as usual until AutoPay is activated. “To Be Paid from Bank Acct” will be printed on your bill once AutoPay is activated.
