LUB purchases a variety of goods, materials, and equipment to support the construction, operation, and maintenance of its utility systems. LUB also contract for services to supplement its workforce and to acquire expertise in areas not available in-house.

Loudon Utilities Loudon, Tennessee (Owner)

Separate sealed bids for the construction of the Loudon 2022 Sanitary Sewer Rehabilitation Project will be received at the office of the Owner, 2360 Hwy 72 N, Loudon, TN 37774 until 2:00 o’clock P.M. local time January 25, 2023 and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud. 

The work to be bid on for the installation of a Cured-In-Place liner into approximately 6,300 linear feet of 8-inch sanitary sewer pipe and 615 linear feet of 15-inch sanitary sewer pipe. The Project also calls for 19 mainline point repairs and approximately 87 Cured-In-Place and 13 Open Cut Replacement lateral repairs. Lastly, there are approximately 950 vertical feet of manhole lining with a polymer or epoxy-based liner, installation of 1 new manhole, and replacement of 1 existing manhole. The scope of the project will include all necessary labor, tools, and equipment required to complete the jobs according to the specifications.

The allotted construction time is 280 days to substantial completion and 310 days for final completion.

PROJECT NAME: 2023 -2025 MOWING SERVICES
AND RELATED WORK AT SPECIFIED SITES

Loudon Utilities Board (LUB), does hereby invite sealed bids for the above-named project. The scope of
this contract includes mowing services and related work at sites throughout LUB’s utility district as noted
within the specifications.

Bids will be received until 1:00 P.M. local time on Friday, February 3, 2023.

PROJECT NAME: 2023 -2025 FEEDER CIRCUIT RIGHT-OF-WAY
CLEARING SERVICES AND RELATED WORK

Loudon Utilities Board (LUB) does hereby invite sealed bids for the above-named project. The scope of
this contract includes feeder circuit right-of-way clearing and related services at Owner’s substations
feeder circuits throughout Loudon and Monroe counties as noted within the specifications.

Bids will be received until 2:00 P.M. local time on Friday, February 3, 2023.
